TCM owner ****** ***** *** came in with fire chasers AKA *********************. He said he would represent us. We found out he wanted to get us money to give and split with ********************** located at ********************************* Philadelphia, PA.. To get more money *** ***** *** wanted me to sign a contract with ***** **** for them to do the demolition and restoration of my home. I never signed that document and never gave them permission to demo. ********* however did dry out the home. They then informed us they could store our furniture in their storage unit, and dry clean our clothes. They went to ****** to store our furniture and would not give us the keys, in other words they were holding our furniture and other belongings until they could get a check from TCM, when the check came *** ***** *** turned it over to **********************. *******************, the manager of ********************** tried to threaten me if I didn't sign. I didn't sign and the next day I received my check. To retaliate they did the demolition by demolishing the ENTIRE house on the inside, even the garage on the outside was demolished!! They took $33,000 for dry cleaning my clothing, which they were not given permission nor consent. ****** ***** *** even forged my brother's name (who is the owner) ****** ***** *** no longer has a public adjusters license in ********** or ************. He still is trying to get money from people throughhis connection with ********************** of which they do not have a permit to work in the ********************. ****** ***** *** is a ***** and only wants to line his and ********************** pockets. ****** ***** *** is not to be trusted. I've spent thousands of dollars trying to repair my home. Some out of the money out of my savings. I'm a 67 year old senior who has been out of my home for 20 months!! I would like to recover some of the money stolen, as well as personal items that were taken, due to TCM ****** ***** *** dastardly deeds!!
