This company is beyond unethical and lacks basic, BARE MINIMUM human decency. One of their clients crashed into my car and my claims person wouldnt answer my emails or calls asking for a rental car. No rental car was provided at all. I am a single mother of two young kids who is now without a car because they cant adequately perform their job! The adjuster quoted the damages a laughable amount. The collision center said the car was totaled and it took weeks for the adjuster to readjust it and deem it totaled. The ONLY TIME my claims person has communicated with me was whenever they began harassing me to let them pick up my car from the collision center because it was costing them money. When I refused and stated once I have documentation from them of the car being a total loss then I would release the car to them. They then told me if I didnt release the car to them I am responsible to pay $300/day while the car is in the collision center. I was financially forced to release my car to them without the car officially pronounced totaled. Now that they have MY car in their possession, my claims girl has completely fallen off the face of the Earth and refuses to reply. I have emailed her 5 times now asking for an update without a response over the past 3 weeks. The last response Ive gotten was in March. My wreck was in January and now here we are in middle April and I still have NO rental car, no car in general and no settlement. This company is absolutely disgusting and I plan to fully pursue this injustice to the fullest extent.
