              Uncooperative in resolving an easily resolvable overcharge issue. As customers for over 15 years we expected prompt resolution. Did. Not. Happen. January 10, 2022--advised company of $60 overcharge on Heating Service contract; February 10, 2022--asked for $60 credit to our Visa card used for payment; February 22,2022--was advised too much time had passed, couldn't credit Visa (?!) but a check had been approved and mailed. March 9, 2022--oil delivery and invoice; March 15,2022--no check received (they cited mail problems); requested credit to our oil bill and new invoice reflecting this credit March 21, 2022--once again requested new invoice; was told it would be sent "right away"; March 31, 2022--no check or revised invoice to receive; resolving this problem has become a part-time job April 19, 2022--still no check or revised invoice; called and cancelled ALL Moyer services; April 20,2022--Revised invoice emailed (Amazing!)--with Finance Charge Added! No way we will pay finance charge after all our efforts to resolve this credit due and requests for a corrected invoice. Sent check for oil delivery minus $60 due and minus finance charge. April 20, 2022--Filed complaint with Better Business Bureau
