From February 2020 to Present. I have never dealt with a place that is so unprofessional and clueless but what is going on with their memberships and that’s under the new owners not the old ones. My son who is 16 years old, got Charged for someone else’s family plan for months. I called back in February 2022 to have His card removed And they said that they did say to come to find out when I went over the bank statements they have been charging him for the last eight months. I got a copy of the bank statement and I hadlighted all the times that he was charged by them. It’s not a recurring payment it’s being taken out every month and they are saying that they can’t find the card number anywhere under anybody’s name. So I said well I want his money back because it’s not right. Vanessa The Director of operations, told me no that it was my sons fault Because he gave his card to someone else I said he did not give his card to anybody else he gave it to you people. Then I called back and asked her if I could have a meeting with the owners and she would not set one up the owners are never there nobody ever answers their phones and that place it’s very hard to try to get in touch with someone about an issue. All I want is my sons card removed and his $230 back because he’s a 16-year-old.
