This company is by far the best in the valley. I called and actually spoke to someone on the phone and got an appointment scheduled right away. So much better than calling and leaving a voice-mail and no one returning my calls. The communication from this company is amazing, I got notified when my appointment was scheduled, when the tech was on his way, and when my estimate was ready. I was never in the dark about the status of my project. The tech that came out was great as well very knowledgeable, kind, and patient. I gave him my ideas and he made it all happen. He took the time to go over everything with me and gave me a detailed quote so I knew what to expect. The price was very reasonable and the work was impeccable. I will definitely be recommending this company to everyone I know, and I will be using them for any other electrical issues or projects I have in the future.

They are not dependable and unethical. They never followed up with a service visit and charged us a lot of money. They blamed us and told us to go to another company. We called them about six times to get an answer and they would not call us back. They told us there was something wrong with our generator and we needed a very expensive part, but when we went to another company, there was nothing wrong with our generator. The text that came to our house was also unprofessional. Had a very foul mouth.

BEWARE!! Horrible company. Con artists using UGI sub-contract to gain entry into homes to "sell" private repair services. Am a senior citizen (68) and vision impaired. Company unscrupulously charged me $800 to fix one 3-way switch and failed to complete installing an overhead kitchen light. Moreover I was pressured into signing technician's electronic tablet to terms I could not read, and which were not read out to me. I had verbally agreed to pay $185 for "trouble shooting" electrical problems (the switch and overhead lamp). I also agreed to pay the remaining $165 to fix the switch and install lamp for a total of $350. Was advised by technician "go out and buy a lamp that afternoon" at local outlet since old lamp was not repairable and that it would have been cheaper than having QE buy it. He said there would be no extra charge for him to wait in truck. I bought the lamp and returned. When installed, it was defective. Technician promised to return on another day to install a different lamp that was not faulty. He then presented his electronic tablet again saying I owed $800 and began pressuring me to sign. I told him I had agreed to the $350, not $800 which was unreasonable. He insisted I sign and present payment. I began to feel anxious and intimidated. I wanted the worker out of my house, so I signed the tablet, and he charged my credit card the $800. I called the company the next day and a very nasty, crude speaking woman said it would cost me another $185 for the lamp to be installed. When I challenged the $800, having agreed to only $350, and the additional cost she said Quality Electric would not longer service my house. For this I am informing BBB as to this company's "con artist" tactics, and would like $399 returned to me, which I never agreed to pay. I was never given a printed work estimate, or a printed or electronic receipt. This company uses deception to swindle money, unfortunately I, as a vision impaired elder, became a victim of their con.
