Do not do business with this company, I placed a order on 11-26-2023 and they said it would take 3 days to process. On the 29th of November it said it was in transit. I waited and check back on December 3rd and it said it was sent out and that it takes 3-8 days. Today is December the 11 and I still haven’t received my package. Also they only ship USPS First Class Mail and no tracking. I tried calling the company, I was put on hold and it kept saying all customer service representative is busy accepting calls at this time, so I stayed on hold for over an hour and it then hung up. I’ve tried calling several other times and still can’t get a hold of anybody. Please don’t waste your time with this company.

Hi Cassandra: We had an unusual server to server communication issue on that day, and we had to reenter a number of orders manually after we resolved the problem. Unfortunately those orders were sent out late. I have added a coupon code that you can use for an extra 30% OFF your next order - enter the first part of the email you used here (but leave out the **********). Today is 01/13/2024 and still no order, so my order didn’t get sent out. Why would I place another order if I didn’t get my first order. I understand company’s have issues but it would be wise to communicate with the consumer about there order. I would also like to add that it would be wise if your dealing with jewelry to put tracking with the orders. If I ever do receive my original order I will update. Sincerely CassandraCustomer Response
