I contacted this company to have 2 small rooms in my home cleaned. The owner of the company Joe B**** emailed me to say that it would be $200. I scheduled an appointment.There was no further info about how to prepare. Upon arrival, I showed the 2 gentleman the 2 rooms. I explained that I moved all of the furniture from each room except a queen sized bed that is light an easily shifted around the room. I explained that 1 of the 2 problem areas was under bed and to please ensure they clean the perimeter of the room. They replied “we will take care of it” and never said they were unable to move it or that I needed to move it myself. I realized as the workers were pulling out of my driveway that they had in fact not moved the bed an inch, neglecting more than half of the room that I had payed to be cleaned. I immediately called the owner to request the job be completed. He told me he had called them back and that it would be another $50 for them to complete the job I had just payed $200 for. I explained to him just as I had explained to the workers that I moved every thing but the bed and had asked them to let me know if I needed to move the bed and that they said “we will take care of it” and the owner of the company, Joe B**** replied “we clean carpets we don’t move furniture”. As I was waiting for a text reply from the owner I noticed his staff drove away and I never received a response. It seems he sent his staff away anticipating I did not want to pay another $50 because I had inquired about why I was being charged more to complete the job I had just payed for not 5 minutes prior. After not receiving a reply I sent another text saying “Never mind. Take care. We no longer need your services” and let him know I would share my experience with my family who has used his company for 10 years and he said “Not even worth arguing with you. Do what makes you happy”. Reporting for lack of fulfilling services and professionalism.
