I had an absolutely horrific experience with this car dealership. They lied to me about everything! Long story short. I was told that I have a bad credit score and I need a co-signer which I already knew. The salesperson / manager that pretended to be a nice man, his name is Ernest! This man pressured me to get a co-signer. He literally followed me to my car and made me call 2 of my friends and my mother to ask them to be my co-signers. My mother agreed to it and came to sign the papers. Ernest was talking a lot of bs which I believed at the moment. He told my mother she is just a co-signer as long as I make my car payments on time she has nothing to worry about, this and that.. My mom signed all the papers without reading thinking she is the co-signer which was a big mistake also my fault for not helping her. The second day I was trying to make my first payment trying to get it out the way I called the the bank and found out the car it not under my name at all. They lied to my mother made her purchase the car under her name instead of being a co-signer. I called Ernest this man has the audacity to tell me "you are the owner of the car as long as you make the payment" excuse me sir??? They said we already told you you have bad credit and Earnest hang up the phone on me. But my mom was there as a co-signer because the told me to get one!!! They were unresponsive and rude. They refused to take responsibility for their deceitful behavior and they were very unapologetic. I got rid of that car and bought a new 2023 Honda with 5% interest rate from a legit dealership. This time it has my NAME on it! Mind you the car I bough from them was used 2020 Honda civic with 32000 milage, with 17% interest rate. SHAME! I was trying to ignore everything and move on with life but the day I was picking up my tag Ernest started laughing and said something to the guy next to him like I'm some crazy customer. I am working with legal attorney for their fraud. STAY WAY FROM THEM.
