      Koons **** Sterling does not know their terms and conditions for their warranties and extended service contracts. I was encouraged to submit this review by **** **************** themselves instead of correcting the issue internally. It has been 5 weeks of going back and forth with the employees and getting passed along from the service advisor to the service manager and now the service director about a simple rental car reimbursement for a covered repair. You need to provide better training along with teaching your employees about exceptional customer service skills, going the extra mile, finding the answers to your customers questions, fostering a work environment that encourages learning the answer for themselves, etc. I am very disappointed with my experience with your dealership, because I was misguided several times, left to find the answers about YOUR services myself, and taking the time out of my schedule to do your job that you promised to fulfill as a **** employee.

      Worst dealer i have ever tried to deal with.will not call you back to try to make the simple things that should have been done done. Reporting to BBB and since manager of ownwrship refuses to call me maybe ill try calling ahead of him or just let lawyer get involved since seems dont want to make right my issues!!!!!!

      If i could give zero stars, that is what i would do. First they sold me a car with tires that were 7 years old which failed my states inspection. The would not replace or even help pay for tires on a car that i bought 1 week ago. 2nd the windshield was cracked and the stereo did not work correctly after i signed papers. We did not discover until i was pairing the phone. All in all i had simple issues that shouldve been resolved by the dealership and they failed to fix or.make right. After replacing the windshield it leaked, they had no paperwork on file from replacement. It took calling the GM to get that taken care of, meanwhile i have an inch of water in my car floorboard. Long story short, inspect what you buy with a fine tooth comb because they will not gaurntee anything and you have to spend hours calling to find someone that can help you because somewhere someone is not dling their job and its the lower people on the totem pole that has to deal with their BS.

      Purchased a 2021 Bronco Sport almost a year ago along with almost every warranty available for purchase. We were told that with the warranties, we would have pick-up concierge service when the car was serviced. Worked well one time. Then we were told that they no longer could support that service but that they would give us a loaner. There are never loaners available even when booked in advance (see other customer’s reviews). One of the warranties we purchased (for $934) was a 3 in 1 road hazard warranty for tires, body and windshield repair or replacement ($2000 lifetime limit) for 84 mos. from purchase. Recently our windshield cracked and they refuse to honor their warranty. The crack is now well over 6 inches long (it wasn’t when we initially called them) although we had a scheduled appointment. We are now replacing with insurance and will file in Small Claims Court for the $300 deductible (they said they would do it for $1000ish). And the service guy lost our key. Each time we have to go out there it is a 45 minute-1 hr. drive for 2 cars. Amazingly, the sale went great. It’s just the service that sucks. The first time serviced our car was detailed. Never again. Also, apparently all managers are off on Fridays and NEVER return calls when left messages. I was going to order a truck through them but not now! Run, do not walk away from this dealership. They will NOT deliver on their promises. See you in court and on every social media platform available to us!

      the contract purchased by Mr. and Mrs. Yates is valid. The concern that they have is that their windshield has sustained damage from an outside source such as a rock, etc. The contract they purchased is for windshield repair, not windshield replacement. The damage sustained requires replacement of the glass, which is not covered. They have contacted their insurance company for possible coverage. They were not denied service in any manner. The comments regarding pick up of their vehicle is not a contractual agreement. It is a service offered by Koons. The service has a maximum mileage radius of 15 miles and their residence is outside of the mileage limit.

      The policy clearly says windshield replacement from road hazard. When we purchased our warranties, the distance limitation was not 15 miles, they later changed it and we told them where we lived which according to Waze is 23 miles. Never has a loaner been availability. We are out of pocket for the warranty trips to resolve what we clearly explained to them before the first trip and to retrieve the lost key and of course the time and wear on the cars traveling back and forth for all the trips. Why do they sell what they clearly do not intend to honor? We have been Ford customers for nearly 30 years but would never buy another one from this dealership. Total misrepresentation from sales to service. No wonder car dealers have bad reps.
