    I received abusive verbal treatment at the new Hamburg, PA location by an outside sales company that was hired to expand customer base. I was sent a bingo type mailing saying I won a prize if the numbers matched. My numbers matched and I should have won $1,000. When I got there, other people told me they were handing out $5. bills, there was no other prizes. I was talked into taking a test drive on Thursday evening and returned Friday afternoon to purchase the vehicle, but when I was denied information that I have a right to see, charged a higher price than advertised and mistreated so badly that I was in tears, I spoke to the Service Director, after the incident occurred. He listened and seemed to have concern for me and assured me someone would call me. That was Friday, February 3, 2023. On Tuesday, February 7, 2023, after no phone call, I contacted ***** and he assured me that a Manager would call me. I was contacted by the new General Manager, I told her what happened and she said ***** told her the same story. She also spoke with 2 witnesses that were getting their vehicles serviced and heard everything that the Sales Person and the Finance Person said to me. One of the witnesses, stated that I had been verbally abused by both of these men. I had asked to speak with the current owner, I was told the name is ***** who bought the business from **. *********************** To date I have not received any type of contact from him. I have since purchased a vehicle from another local dealership in the area and was treated with kindness and respect. I have never in my life written a bad review on social media, filed a complaint with the BBB, or contacted the ***** corporation before, but the way Manderbach **** is doing business, I feel I must take some action to prevent other people from being scammed and verbally abused by these fraudulent sales teams hired to bring in business, but actually ruining business.

    Brought my car in to be fixed. Part was replaced under warranty. 2 months later, the same computer Part wasn't working again. They've told me 1) they can't fix it because the Part is on backorder and could take months to come in. 2) won't help pay for a rental car. 3) say they don't have a car to loan me while repairs are waiting, and 4) the part isn't under warranty anymore even though they themselves replaced it and it broke down after less than 2 months.
