            Went in to have an SRS code diagnosed. After several hours they came back to tell me a list of repairs they wanted to do. Two of these repairs are what I have an issue with and is borderline illegal. One issue they claimed was that my oil pan has a leak. I've never seen oil or had my oil level drop. Then they also wanted to charge me for having the faulty seat belt tensioner replaced. Both the Honda website as well as my owner's manual claim that this is covered under warranty. I would like for them to make this right and just replace the part, without charging me a ridiculous amount, like they should have.

            The engine seized up on the highway three days after purchase due to an issue that was missed during their inspection, leaving my family including my dog and newborn baby stranded in Philadelphia outside of a smoke filled car in 90 degree weather. They are not willing to cancel the transaction or replace the car without me paying anything less than an additional $5-10k than what I paid for the car. Not to mention, they lied about the 8 oil changes that would roll over to my new car, and the fact that it had an oily chemical substance all over the seats because they forgot to finish putting the fabric coating on before I left with the car. The last time I purchased a car from them, they promised me a tube of paint with my purchase that I never received. I should have known better than to purchase a second vehicle from them.
