            On April 11, 2023, I took my 2010 Nissan ****** in for State inspection and had some work done. A problem developed as a result of the work done and I returned on April 28, 2023 to resolve the problem. The dealership agreed to refund $249.99 and the service manager approved the refund. I spoke to service advisor on 12 May and was told the check had been mailed. I talked to the service manager on 31 May and he said he would talk to accounting department. I left a voice mail with the accounting department on or around 15 June 2023 and haves not had a response. I am still waiting for my refund.

            Buyer Beware with Brown's Nissan and other dealerships. Test drove a 2016 Nissan Sentra on 3/17/22 with Oscar as the salesman. Told him the brakes weren't right and needed to be before I purchased. This was supposed to be my daughters first car. Oscar ASSURED me that they would be checked and would be alright. Test drove it again on 3/18/22 and seemed okay. Hmmmmm. Within 2 weeks the brakes were off again. Also found out the fuel gauge does not work. Took it to the dealership. They acted like they were doing me a big favor by not charging me $175.00 diagnostic fee. They checked the car and now recommend that I replace the brakes. Seriously??? I hadn't even made the first payment and the brakes were now in the yellow zone and needing to be replaced. The repair guy spewed nonsense regarding the fuel gauge. Said you don't really need it unless you were low on gas!! How would you know if the gauge is broken? Offered to look at further for the $175.00 diagnostic fee! When all is said and done I would probably have had to spend $1000 on the repairs for a car that I had just purchased. Clearly, safety of the customer is not a concern of Brown's. I certainly feel that it is reasonable for the car to be working well within 3 weeks of purchase. That is a shameless dealership. I would not purchase from them or Oscar again. This is why people hate used car salesman!!! Buyer beware!!! Just a horrible experience with them.
