            My grandmother took her **** Monte ***** SS here for service just to fix the headlights. The headlights are not fixed and the car does not run. The car ran and drove we drove it to *** Weaver's. Now they want to charge storage fees but the only reason it's there yet is because they put a part in that it does not need and now the car does not start or drive therefore it is in a worse condition than when we dropped it off and they went to charge storage fees. My grandmother is afraid she's forced to give them the title and keep the car. It should not be my responsibility to call a tow truck to pick a car up that was driven to their service center. They put a $300 part in the car that didn't even fix the headlight issue and on top of that now the car will not start. Seems like a complete money grabbing scam and I can't seem to talk to anybody higher up than a mechanic. Please help

            Absolutely ridiculous business. They charge so much for parts. They want 400$ for just battery, without labor. Oil change 190$
