DONT BUY ANY VEHICLES FROM THIS DEALER. My headgaskets failed on my vehicle they supposedly fixed the problem about 15k miles on the vehicle after it was “fixed”, two years they don’t want to offer any help on something that should have been fixed right the first time, they won’t offer any help for my 5k bill they preach about giving customers a good experience the past two vehicles have been a headache and nightmare from this company. So please do yourself a favor and find another dealership.

It is the worst car dealer ever. They only cater to people with good credit ratings and the rest they treat like dirt. Made me sit there for 1 hour while they were trying to get a payoff on my car. The salesman who waited on me was very rude. His name was Jason Hlavaty. He said if I didn’t like the way things were done there I should go elsewhere. I don’t know how you guys stay in business.

just nowNEW I bought a 2016 CX 5 this past Friday. By the next day Ive found a bunch of issues driving this car. Steering wheel shakes when braking especially on the highway. Idles very loud and the engine shakes every fee seconds. Squeaks when braking or turning corners. Does not want to transition onto the highway at a normal pace. I have to fight with the pedals to do so which is extremely dangerous during high volume times. The infotainment system freezes a lot, and there is cleaning stuff or something on the dashboard glass that was left there most likely in high heat and will not come off as if its melted on. My family and i have bought here before and expected wayyyyy better. Im going to hope for a resolution today but i fear they are going to take more money from me and drain my savings in order for me to have a safe vehicle. - edit: I went back and explained to them the issues, they stated they found some of the issues and "corrected" them but they couldn't find the other highway issues (prob because 15 isn't quite a highway) therefore unable to service and making the vehicle still unsafe to drive. After spending hours there they told me that i can "trade in" the Mazda for a certain price and pay the rest of the loan off (another 2k out of pocket for this lemon mazda on top of my 2k down payment that didnt even show when doing paper work). 4k gone for a vehicle i had for 2 days and wasnt safe!! I found a Ford Escape in my price range and when i returned from test driving and stated i wanted it, they tell me they sold it over the phone while i was test driving. At this point ive been there close to 6 hours, and now you want to sell the car i agreed upon? TERRIBLE SALES INTEGRITY! They refused to give me back the car that i traded in ( my 2013 ford fusion), as i was going to pay cash what the trade in value was given for it and call it day. Now i have no car at all so i ended up giving them 4k total neither which actually counted as a down payment on either vehicle and had to settle on a more expensive 2019 Jetta which was not even looking into as I came to Bob Ruth for a SUV. I am outraged on all the money Ive lost because I was sold a faulty vehicle and all the time it took for them to "work with me" and only showing me high milage vehicles or vehicles out of my budget. They sold me a lemon & made me pay for their mistake and watched me shell out 4k for nothing. They seem like a friendly neighborhood dealership.. This is absolutely not the case. I feel robbed in many ways. This 20k Jetta is only 16k in other local shops and ill be paying 25k + when all is said and done. I could cry, they took advantage of me and wiped out my savings over their mistake.
