My 2012 ****** ****** truck was supposed to be painted for some scratches at Dellinger Auto Body of Mechnicsburg, PA, during two occasions they had my truck, dates 4/18/22 thru 4/20/22 afternoon, and 5/3/22 thru 5/6/22. Both occasions when I picked up my truck it was raining out so I couldn't tell until a day later that the repairs hadn't been completed. On the first occasion when I left my truck, was informed that there were two other vehicles in front of it which delayed it from getting completed in a timely manner, which left me disappointed because it inconvenienced me with the delay of the repair to be started. A Dellinger's employee, Tim M****, on 4/20/22, told me they didn't have a chance to look at the truck when it was completed, but I was hopeful that the repair work would be completed properly on the second occasion, however discovered that it wasn't. The truck was returned to Dellinger's Auto Body 5/3/22, and and told employee Tim M**** that I would leave the truck with them an extra day of Thursday, 5/5/22, and would pick the truck on Friday, 5/6/22, morning. When I didn't hear back from Delinger's on Thursday 5/5/22 late afternoon, I contacted employee Tim ***** to find out the truck wasn't completed and would need until 10a on Friday, 5/6/22. Mentioned that had i rental car that was due back to ********** of Camp Hill, PA by 8a the next morning. Was able to extend my rental and was dropped off at Dellinger's at 9:30a on 5/6/22. Again this was a hardship and inconvenience to me because of Dellinger's not completing the work in a timely manner. When I picked up the truck on both occasions, on 4/20/22 late afternoon and 5/6/22 morning, it was raining, so couldn't tell if the agreed upon paint repairs had been completed, which they weren't as discovered the next day, Saturday, 5/7/22. On Monday morning, I contacted Dellinger's Employee Tim M****, told him the repairs were complete. He said to email Dellinger's which I did, they didn't respond!
