Exactly...they took us for 13000.00 + the first HVAC was installed 7 1/2 yrs ago which we had to wait so they could have their labor day weekend and didn't even have info on like the co. Name etc on it like the 2nd one from them does (as Duane came in after Matt just stormed in and recharged freon without detecting a leak) and asked who installed it and of course it was stated *you did* when in fact this company did...have evidence. That Duane tried to say for 1200.00 he could put in coil rack but would take days. Upon checking that price like the company is a ripoff. This was all after a water leak was found on the floor just about 6 weeks after they installed it Chris and G*** turners step son said they had to check with the manufacturer because they didn't know what to do. Days later they just put pipe foam covers on it. Also during this time that Chris said he could not come by to service it anymore probably because he also replaced parts not needed and demanded the originals back well that did not happen! That was a red flag because he didn't want to be reported even then for faulty work. Anyhow that machine only lasted maybe 4years. Was coerced into getting a service contract during that time with filter delivery which both were a waste of money as well. They never cleaned the coils, checked for debris, etc. As proper procedures indicate. They ended up wrecking that HVAC forcing us to replace it which was done May 2019 by dj who tried to sell us parts not needed with his wrong diagnosis 17 May 2022 and of which we have not gotten the receipt after asking 3 times to this date June 3, 2022. There is something totally wrong with that company, distributor and manufacturer all of which blame each other. Scams. Want to know why two machines installed by G*** Turner: Turner services Mike G***** Dr Manassas VA have failed. Are others having the same issues with Magic Pack? We want our money back. Why does a customer have to ask for a receipt?
