Date: 6/7/2022 Contracted with Collegiate Paving & Sealers, Chantilly, VA to clean our gutters. They were scheduled for arrival at noon, but they arrived at 10:30 am when only my son was home. They proceeded to blow wet gunk from our gutters onto our deck, siding, planters and recently cleaned furniture cushions, as well as shelving and all that was on it. They did not sweep up and/or remove the debris as they advertise they will. My son videoed their service where they took no care to blowing gunk everywhere and in every direction. They were careless and sloppy; spoke little English so they were difficult to communicate with. If one is not home, they require that a check be left in the mailbox or one can pay online. It was a terrible experience and now we have to bear cleaning it up. We spoke with a "Brittany" supposedly a Mgr in their office, but after 12 minutes of conversation and sharing our observations, she offered little resolution, claimed their Field Mgr would not be available for a few days to observe the condition things were in, and that they could not be 'liable' for these conditions they caused. We asked that the service fee of $95 be returned, but she said 'no way.' Completely unacceptable response and service. My son videotaped their work when he observed how careless they were being; I can forward if that would be helpful.
