This company is quick to pass the buck instead of taking responsibility for the quality of their work. Every negative review on here is 100% accurate. My home is about 14 months old and I developed a sinkhole in my rear yard... I am not the 1st property in this development to develop a sinkhole and instead of noticing the pattern and being eager to assist, it's all about making a dollar... they are charging me to fix a sinkhole that was formed right next to a rear swale, when they are the ones who did the grading... builders like Ryan Homes have structural warranties that last 10+ years... meanwhile Grande has a 1 year warranty that doesn't even transfer if the home is sold within the year... Ironically enough, when we were buying the home, Mario (construction manager) met us personally and told us that he does good work, told us that he would help us if we needed it, told us that he believes in the work that he does... clearly it was all lip service I'm already considering selling, even if I take a loss financially because there's no telling what the next 5 years will be like as the grounds continue to settle and react to inclement weather Do not buy from Grande I have neighbors who are still waiting for them to fix or complete things that should have been taken care of months ago... once they have your money, you're invisible to them
