October the 6-7 of 2022 I took a 2004 ************ to have break pad replaced at the meineke. They made room for me to have a free inspection done to tell me all which was or wasn't wrong with the vehicle for my safety and others on the road.I was messaged the digital images,of the 5 things that had to be replaced now. I was give a bill for 2663.98 to cover all that was sent to my digital repair needed records. So I agreed to have all five things done to have my abs light go off and truck to run as it should. When I pick the truck up after 6pm it was dark so I trusted all the work had been done and I was given my receipt. The light came back on halfway home so I said Id take it back by tomorrow 10/07/2022 Friday. Walked in let them know the struts were not done and the light was on still. I was told the back struts were done definitely and all the work was done we agreed on. Then I was told later when the manager realized he didnt do any struts or shocks,he preceded to tell me I told him not to do the work, then I said it was easy to prove I said this by pulling up the phone conversation. Which we only spoke for me to bring the truck in. I have the digital five things that I agreed to have done at the price I was given.($2663.98) approximately. So I was told I was lying about what we agreed on to be fixed. I was charged 300 dollars each hub front which for this year truck,its one piece and the top of the line from the dealership is available for less then 500 for the set. Then the work I paid for is all I asked for to be completed and I was kicked out saying it wasn't on the receipt. Yet the receipt I received was not what we agreed on. My abs light is still on, the struts where never done at all yet I was charged for them. I was not given the itemized bill as requested,neither did the shop do anything when I left it with them to be evaluated for the second time. I fear that I have been robbed,and my familys lives have been put in ***** way. #*** MCCC
