They stole my money out my center console!!! As a new resident in ******** I went to BMW of Alexandria for my annual service. When I scheduled my appointment on a Friday for the upcoming Monday the gentlemen who scheduled me informed me that he would be my advisor and he would be present for the appointment. He asked me if I would be dropping off or waiting which I informed him I would be waiting as it was a routine 2/3 hour service. Fast forward to Monday I arrived 30 minutes early, not familiar with the process I was trying to get checked in. No one asked if I needed assistance so I walked up to a desk where a gentlemen (unknowingly) was on the phone. He tried to assist me while speaking with the person on the phone (I think it was a personal call). That went no where but waisted time. I walked up to another desk just trying to find out if the advisor was there which he was not. Another gentleman ended up assisting me even though we started very rocky. Without even looking up my appointment he told me I could not wait for my vehicle as an email came through stating no waiting. I informed him my scheduled appointment reflects that I am waiting and that needs to be honored. While he initially tried to argue without even looking up my appointment I finally asked would you like to even look and see what is in the system. Long story short he eventually made lemonade out of a bags of lemons. While this location was very unprofessional I let it all slide. When I got in my car and noticed my money all but $1 was gone from my console I was a bit upset and invaded. I called to speak with a supervisor who was not available and never returned my phone call. Called the advisor who stated he had to send an email to management which I still have not heard anything. Trust is completely gone and I do not care if I have to drive to another state I will never go to this dealership again.
