            We booked an on-line appointment with this company to repair our door opener for the following morning. Early the next morning I received an email asking for pictures of the springs. I sent the pictures of the spring. No response. We waited all morning and most of the afternoon, but the company never showed, no email, no call. Late in the afternoon, I called and talked to a rather arrogant lady who said they were booked for the day and busy for the next week. Did I want to pay an extra emergency fee for faster service? She refused to acknowledge that we had an on-line appointment. Don’t waste your time with this *********** company. I suspect this company will say how sorry they are for the bad service. My response to that would be "Make sure your service is fair and reasonable. Don’t make apologies and promises after the fact."
