      LOVE THIS COMPANY My experience has been opposite from the 1 star. I would give them 6 if that was possible. I have worked with *** from Accent Windows out of ***** (same place?). They replaced all my windows over 15 years ago with energy-efficient triple-paned windows, and when a bird hit the kitchen window years ago, they replaced it no questions asked, and recently when a freak wind storm shattered my upstairs bathroom window somehow I called him again. Years later. The original company that makes the windows is out of business, but *** is honoring the warranty. He also has fixed it a couple of times, and now replaced the screen on my sliding door, sprayed the tracks, and made it work better than it has in years. Both he and the office responded promptly, got me on the schedule, and communicated very well. He even listened to me complain about the landscaper who took my money and ran after a bad job in my yard. Great customer service and pride in his company (from his responses to the angry 1-star rater you can see this)I would recommend them.

      The owner is vary rude, they dont care about customers, The products are not worth even a ***** they damage easy. I contacted them they are rude even if i was told lifetime full warranty they wont replace it. I recommend to go elsewhere.

      We are truly sorry that you feel that way. We have done everything we can to help you with the ******** we installed for you back in April 2020; then again back in September of 2021 when you sent in a claim to the manufacturer (which didnt meet their warranty) to take care of you as our customer, we covered the cost of a new flap anyways. Again, that was not covered by the warranty. On Thursday at 11:14am we received an email from you stating that the wind tore off your door. We responded right back and asked for a picture to send to the manufacturer. When you sent it over stating, "Replaced it or be sued" by 11:45am. Then stated possibly it was coyotes that destroyed it. You continued to bully our staff with constant threats and sent over 30 emails in 3 hours, harassing our staff. Meanwhile, during that time our staff stayed polite and professional and gave you information to help you. We had worked with the manufacturer to come out and install a new door and waive the installation fee. After multiple call attempts on our part to resolve this issue in a professional manner, you refused to answer and kept sending harassing emails .I am sorry you feel that staying calm and not rising to the same level of threatening behavior is rude and uncaring. We have tried to help you with a positive outcome, however, we can not pay for another door again out of our pockets, just because you are threatening us and the manufacturer. Our staff here at Accent Windows prides ourselves on going above and beyond, even when its not necessary- I think that we have displayed that here with this issue. There comes to a point when the demands of the customer are more than any company is able to accomplish. We are always open to a resolution within reason in 20+ years of business we have always strived to create a positive customer experience and will continue to do so.

      The owner is rude they advertise lifetime warranty and this is what we was told it had Lifetime warranty. I asked the install if there is any limitations he said no it has lifetime warranty no matter what happened. The owner didnt care the owner was rude and didnt care that they advertise lifetime warranty and have their texh says no matter what happens its covered under the warranty. I needed this resolved and they didnt care so thats when I threatened to *** for false advertising.

      Unfortunately, the lifetime warranty does not cover animal chewing and the manufacture was able to determine by the pictures you provided that certainly is what happened to both the first and the second dog door flap. Even though animal chewing is not covered we paid for you another flap and the shipping anyways to try to help you out. I would be happy to send you the full warranty again if you would like to further review it.
