I wish I had good things to say about this company but that's not the term for it. If you like to rent from a company that will pretty much take your money not keep a word they say not coming and do any jobs that you asked for it to be done or the fact is they don't care about you or your family if you have kids or not they will still kick you out and put you on the street to be homeless. I been renting from PMI for 4 years almost close to 5 years. *********************** sounds like a good person someone willing to make sure you had a place secured enough for you and your family to not have to worry about where you going to be the next day or maybe months or years down the line. When we first look at our place where we are at right now ****** was supposed to meet us and has never once met with us this whole time we rented from him. He will send somebody else to do his work. We had a lease term of 12 months and we stuck with that. Yes there was times Financial things came up especially with the covid when it hit I ended up getting covid and my husband where he's only one that works he had to take some time off to take care of our kids for the fact is where I couldn't take care of them at the time. We got behind a little, we ended up getting all caught up even with the fact is the email they sent us so they would end up wiping any late or that you were behind on to simply just to help out since it had to do with covid. I do address the fact is always pay our rent and everything else that needs to be done or what is ask to has to be done. With this company especially ****** he does not communicate with you, he will ignore your phone calls your text he won't let you know anything that's going on he won't tell you or even answer one simple question. If you then have to contact the office and no one ever answers either or you just get a run around. To the point that when the homeowner starts showing up and he's the one that takes care of the yard or maintenance supposedly, when you address it to the homeowner even after you have tried to get hold in contact. With *********************** to get the problem taken care of cuz that's what he hired him for when you tell the homeowner that who is (************************* )that you have multiple times or occasions and he won't do anything or even talk to us about it what are we supposed to be doing or expect. ****** find out that the homeowner has talked to us he gets all mad and pissy and says not to contact him(*************************) that's what he hired him for and that's his job not the homeowner. When we address with ****** that we've been trying to get hold of you but you won't listen or answer us or even talk to us or come face-to-face talk to us about anything you ignores us. There's multiple occasions we have a dress to him about things to be done in here to repairs the carpet being tore up because the carpet was starting to fray. we mentioned that multiple times and nothing still has not been done about it still to this day. I have told them multiple times about there's been cracks in the walls or ceilings that it needs to be addressed or health hazard or something worse happening on. Still to this day anything we have asked has not been done or fix. my husband ended up fixing some stuff by himself and we got in trouble and was told that we had to pay extra 200 or 300 on top of what we already pay which is **** until they decide we don't have to pay any more extra for damages that we supposedly have done they claim the damages are from the pictures on the walls and where my husband has caulk around the bathtub and the ceiling were the ** swamp cooler is, since it was kind of cracked around it to keep it from water leaking down inside to ruin the carpet. So if we even try to fix anything our self because since no one their maintenance can't do their job like they claim that's what we need to do is get a hold of them, the only time that someone has came here to repair anything is when the downstairs Resident was complaining multiple times it took them three almost four months to finally come and fix the pipes. That connect from our tub to the pipes to his tub since it was leaking non stop. That was the only time I have ever seen a maintenance person come here. Really frustrated with these guys the fact is that me and my kids who are little boys are going to be put on the street and homeless for the fact that these guys when NOT do their job and they will just want to take your money and don't care where you are or where you end up at. We have contract them multiple times and still won't come and even talk to us to renew a lease after our first lease was up we have never signed a new lease or anything from them, they will say they're going to come do a walk-through but they never have and never will they have excuse after excuse why the cant or something's come up every month it's a fight or they want to kick us out for no reason they say that we don't stick to the end of our deal but we're confused because we don't even know what they're talking about what deal because they won't even come talk to us about anything the homeowner OR ****** use the he-said-she-said kind of thing because they're too unprofessional to come do their job as that's what they're hired for. They broke everything from the lease to not following the guidelines to anything they said would be done. We have a week to find a new place and they are already trying to rent it out with us still here. Its frustrating to no end with these guys.
