              My order ********* is saying delivered but I have not received it. The rep Sasha, I have spoke to said a refund was issued, then ended our chat. I spoke to someone named Carson, who said refund was never issued. Then said it would be 4+ days before I got any info on a refund. Couldn’t even guarantee I’d be refunded, then refused to transfer me to a supervisor. I spent almost $700 , I want a refund I didn’t get the item I bought !!

              I recently ordered a Grand Hotel Woven Cotton Throw Blanket from Bed ***************************** Overstock. When I opened the package the blanket smelled very bad so I put it in the washing machine. Had to wash it twice! After it dried the Material began to shed anf break apart. I began to sneeze & cough so I had to dispose of this right away so I wouldnt get sick. I spent $295 for a combination of items & the blanket was a part of this order. It only cost $48 and they refused to give me a refund or issue a credit. I will never purchase anything from them again. Their ***************************** service is terrible! Bed Bath and Beyond used to have great ***************************** service, but this is no longer the case.
