            I paid off my loan Nov 2020 while not working at all due to covid. Even though I wasn't working I made my payments. I still can't register my van that I bought from them after our move from Nevada to Washington state even though I paid off the loan in Nov and lein was taken off in Dec 2020 but I still don't have a title now in the middle of Aug 2021. I've called many times and had people agree that it has been a really long time yet nothing can be done as they are saying they had to file for a lost title. How does that happen when the title has been sitting with a third party for 5 years? I need help and not another run around. I haven't been able to take on customers all year long unless I get a movement pass that is only good for 3 consecutive days

            They put some report on my credit from 2016 that says co signer and I never once co signed anything for anyone. Trying to dispute now but it just cause me to lose loans and credit cards.
