I saw quality vinyl fence at the home show, called to get a quote. I was surprised how fast ***** came out to measure and get the quote to me. I believe I called Saturday afternoon, and he showed up first thing Monday morning. ***** honored the home show special and I was happy with the price. I decided to use quality and move forward, I was a little hesitant and skeptical after reading the reviews. But I figure I would give them a chance. Although they didn't start on the day they said they would (Thursday) that day was rainy and a little snowy, unfortunately we cant control the weather, and I understand that. But they came out the following Monday to start the fence posts, and came Wednesday to finish the panels and rails. The work they did was outstanding. I am very happy with the fence they put in. I am happy that my experience was a good one. There was no surprise or extra costs. I was billed for the quote I received. I also feel ***** was in great communication with me on when they would start, (or re attempt to start due to weather) and answered all my questions. (I felt I had a lot of questions) I am very pleased with the outcome. Thanks Quality Vinyl fence and gates, if I have future fence projects I know I will be calling and using your company again.

This guy is a joke. I contacted him back in April to install a double gate. He gave me a quote, I approved it, and it then took 2.5 months to get to the install when he said they would just fit it into their schedule because it was a small job. Then, once the gate was installed, it was installed out of level and plumb, he came back to level it but when asked about the two gates lining up and being plumb with each other, he suggested we replace the double gate with a single gate, what?When I told him that I would like the gate reinstalled and have an attempt made to get the gates to look right, he suggested taking the gates out completely. This contractor, and I use that term loosely, is only concerned about getting paid and not providing the end user with a ********************** product that demonstrates some workmanship and quality.I WOULDN'T SEND THIS GUY TO DO WORK AT MY EX IN LAWS.

There is an issue with his gates. We gave him several options and the customer did not want to rectify the issues. We offered to remove his gates and he refused. We did everything we could to satisfy this customer, we stand by every job we do! This is not his first rodeo when dealing with Contractors. We wish him the best and would suggest he learn to do all the work he hires out for, so that he can do it himself.

Quality had a show special for the Home Show so we stopped by their booth. They were surprised at the price but said theyd honor it. They gave us a quote and put us on the schedule for 2 weeks after our move-in date. That would have been the week of April 11th. We had to call to see if they were on track, no, pushed us out. This happened week after week. It is now June 9th. Last week they sent a new contract saying they needed us to re-sign it because theyd added a cost on for extreme. ***** ******* It had been in the original paperwork but there was no price so they came back and said $10lf and it was up to them to decide if it was ***** or not. Hubby came to me to chat about it. This was roughly 6/2 and they said 2 weeks out. Again. I had a back surgery this week and now 6/9 ***** emails my husband to say we didnt sign the new contract they sent out so they are canceling us and will not honor that show price. I felt like they were pushing us out farther and farther so they could avoid having to honor their own advertised price, but they insisted that was not the case. Then this? Absolutely dishonest and underhanded. If you dont want to do the fence dont tell homeowners you are going to do it and keep pushing it back. We would have hired another company. We live in new construction and weve had to take our dogs out on a leash every time we let them out because there are no fences. We needed this done and now Quality has lost us 2 more months putting ** even farther out. Advertising a price, saying youll honor your price, and then finding every reason to not complete a job and finally cancel a job in order to not do the jobdishonest, underhanded tactics.

We at Quality Vinyl Fence & Gates, have the right to cancel and contract according to our Terms and Conditions. After sending and updated contract only to let them know of the possibility of extreme Rocky ****** that *** take place on their property in advance, we believe they are accusing us of not wanting to start their project. That is not the case. We asked for an acknowledgment that they understood the ******************* We had not changed any pricing and would not do so unless the Rocky ****** was actually being charged. We were told that they would get back with us. After a week, we did not hear anything so we exercised our rights to cancel their contract. I then received a response stating that they were still thinking about it. I simply replied that we would put them back on our schedule if the Terms and Acknowledged. Nothing has been received. We have taken no deposits from this customer and therefore we will consider this contract null and void.

***** is a pathological liar. He will tell you everything that he thinks you want to hear to get you to sign a contract. Once you sign, you are absolutely screwed. Nothing ***** says will be true. They started work about a month after they said they would start. They started by leaving a trailer in front of my house for over a week before they started. The trailer had my fence materials on it. The same trailer was in front of my house 3 weeks after they finished. I had to pretty much beg them to get rid of all the old fence they tore out. It was sitting there so long that it killed my grass. I should also mention the first thing that ***** told me when he dropped off the trailer is that he thought I was going to do the tear out of my old fence. My neighbor and I specifically told ***** that we wanted Quality Vinyl to do the tear out. This is a part of the fraud. Of course, ***** charged more for the tear out. The contract I signed said Quality Vinyl would hand dig. I thought this would be great to limit the damage to my sprinker system. They used an mechanical auger that caused $200 in damage to my sprinkler system. When I mentioned this to *****, he said there would be no way he would pay for the damage. They damaged my shed with their auger. If I didnt notice, I have no doubt that they would have left the damage without mentioning it. ***** got in an argument with my neighbor who was paying for part of the fence. He told him to 'shutup' and he 'is not their customer'. He told me I was being 'pissy' when I asked for a receipt with any information on the fence manufacturers, so I would know where to claim any manufacturer warranty, if needed. They offer a lifetime warranty. They absolutely do not honor their warranty. They did a horrible job putting up our fence. It was falling apart within 3 months of installation. The rails are falling off the posts and there are gaps in the vinyl. They won't do anything to fix it. Avoid this company.

This Customer had us install a ********************** that was hard to get. We can not. Go repair anything, because the product is not available. As soon as it is available, we will more than happy to go and make repairs. All warranty issues go through the Manufacturer. If it is deemed a warranty issue by the manufacturer, we will make all necessary repairs.

The product was available to make the repairs. I told the installer that I had the vinyl planks to make the repairs months ago. The installer stopped responding to my texts or emails about the warranty until they saw this bbb review. They said they were going to do a fraction warranty work 2 days ago. I don't think they will ever fix the fence. They refused to make repairs on the rails falling off the posts. Or, scratches that they put in the vinyl that are clearly visible. I have a contract that says there is a lifetime warranty. I have started to fix the myself. I don't expect any warranty work to ever get done. Even the distributers and sales reps who routinely work with this company have nothing good to say about them. The A+ rating for this company by BBB is comical and absolutely irresponsible. I will never rely on the BBB for reliable information on a company ever again.

I am astonished that these people are still in business with the level of unprofessionalism we've experienced. We received a quote from Quality Vinyl Fence and Gates and made our order to fence our yard at the beginning of June. We were told that it would be "a few weeks out"...ok, no problem. We understand everyone is busy. Fast forward to the first weekend in July and still it's a "few weeks out". We were told that our supplies were sitting in the "supply yard" but we couldn't come get them because all the DIY people kept asking for "tips" on how to install their fence and they didn't want to deal with it. Ok fine, but they couldn't install it either until the last weekend in July. We were told that we "would get a call on Monday" TWICE but no one called. They stopped answering calls and text messages after we started asking for solid dates and times to expect delivery and/or installations and they even hung up on us a few times. We called on the 23rd of July (the last weekend in July) only to be met with being sent straight to VM saying they were out of the office until the next week because of the holiday. At this point we realize that we aren't getting a fence from them and they've lied to us about the supplies and how they actually don't have them. It's now a week into August and we received no contact or communication from them about our order or installation. So, I guess that our "fence" is still sitting in their supply yard taking up space....or maybe they never ordered it an lied to us. Anyways, do yourself a favor and don't work with theses people. We were able to get everything we needed the NEXT DAY from Vinyl Fence Connection in West Jordan and they were AWESOME!!! Go there instead.

We apologize for any delays, for this shortage on materials has taken its toll on our entire industry. There are customers that just can’t seem to grasp this issue. This customer has changed their mind 3 times and each time it puts them back at the end of the scheduling. This has been frustrating on month ends. If customers would just think more out side the box and realize, this is a issue that is not only one sided. We wish this customer the best and hope that they can find what they are looking for.

Quality Vinyl says we "changed our mind 3 times" which caused delays. THIS IS NOT TRUE!!!! Unreal that they wouldn't take accountability. They stopped answering calls and text and never responded to us after DAYS of phone calls, so unprofessional!! They STILL haven't contacted us 2 weeks after our supposed date of delivery. It's wasted months of our time. The problem is their extreme unprofessioanlism and total lack of contact.
