In July I made an appointment at Cornerstone Dental Care for the 26th for a consultation on a front lower exposed root tooth. I was told at this time there was no charge for this! Upon arrival I asked who the specialist is I would be seeing, the response was that I would need to see the dentist first to evaluate this. When seated in a room a person proceeded with full mouth ex-rays upper and lower. Then another person came and recorded the gum area upper and lower status. Third Juan **** ** L*** D.D.S. came in and told me I needed gum treatment, laser cleaning (cash $200.00 no ins.) then a few teeth taken out and some dentures. Could start with $20,000 dollars. I asked him, "What about the front lower exposed root?" he said there was nothing he could do about this until the other stuff was taken care of. ONLY WANTED HELP WITH ONE TOOTH!!! I have my own dentist for many, many years and has done a great job. I feel none of what I was told would be necessary! I just don't want ANY billings made to anyone for something I didn't want and there was no informative response to the real reason I went there in the first place.
