It's been several days and I am still waiting for the call back. They have angered many of our clients who are trying to process their ACH payments and they offer zero assistance or explanation of exactly why when you call. Then they simply ignore you forever after they state they will make sure they call you within ***** hours. Fat chance! The support system is the worst I have ever seen. They authorize the CC's which are the most fragile to be tinkered with. Yet they won't allow ACH direct to ********** that actually owns their business and I have been banking with for over a decade? When I asked why? Since we have never had a single financial issue in the history of our business. I was advised it was my business model. The goofy part is they authorize our incoming CC's, but I have to use another service because my business, identical to ****** other businesses like mine in the *** does not have a business model they like? IS it because I am a veteran owned business? And what would that have to do with ACH. Well The A+ rating is interesting. 70+ negatives and you can buy an A+ any other business it would be a D-. I guess you must get 100 negative reviews to get a A++

I closed my account with Auth.net about 12 years ago. Two month ago they started to charge my account again claiming that account is still active. They saved my account information from years before and decided to start taking money from it. This company is a fraud!

Manipulative Business practices, Gov should shutdown these kind of scammers by root. Never used them keep sending us emails to collect $30 monthly fee for what? Pathetic and completely agonized.

This is the worst serviceThis is one of the worst service companies we have found in 20+ years in business. Logging on to complete some transaction thru their service, we discovered that Authorize.net had arbitrarily erected an obstacle, in effect a 3rd password, for us to access our account. Tried calling their service number for relief, they said that they may not answer for 10 minutes; at 35 minutes, still no answer. we are seeking another service to settle our credit card payments.

There is a guy who work here named ******* and he is awesome! I've never seen someone as dedicated to helping the customer like this! I am a developer and I witnessed him making my client needs were fulfilled. When the line would get disconnected he called back immediately. He was VERY PATIENT and kind. This guy makes the company look good. I'm shocked. Good customer like this service is rarely seen nowadays. Thank you **** for a positive experience! You're awesome!

My company had an extremely negative experience with Authorize.net. We reported 4 fraudulent e-check transactions to the company. Since it was too late to void the e-checks, Authorize.net advised us to issue refunds before the money cleared. 3 of the e-checks were charged-back due to insufficient funds. One e-check was both charged-back and refunded, resulting in a deficit in our available funds. Authorize.net had never received the funds from the bank, but mistakenly transferred the refunded amount from our existing pool of funds to the originating bank. Rather than return the funds to our account, Authorize.net advised our company to try to charge the same bank account again. The transaction cleared Authorize.net and the funds were transferred to our bank account. Later, Authorize.net reported that this transaction was charged-back due to insufficient funds. They are now attempting to retrieve this money back from us.Our transaction records prove Authorize.net was at fault. Authorize.net has refused to take responsibility for their mistake and refused to retrieve the money from the originating bank account. Overall, this negative experience shows a lack of accountability and responsibility on behalf of Authorize.net due to the mishandling of fraudulent transactions and subsequent errors in their refund and charge-back processes. Therefore, potential users of Authorize.net may want to consider this experience when deciding whether to use the company's services.

Another surprise fee. They are sticking me with a $50.00 per month ($600) per year token charge for basically using their gateway to keep my credit cards users information safe which should be their responsibility to do that anyway. When I asked for an explanation the lady on the phone couldnt explain why. This is wrong on all levels. Why do the merchants have to fit the bill?

Charger me for the eCheck service which I never request, asked or used. Do not use this payment gateway.
