            Kevin W***. Both the owner and sales person was contacted within months. Had a crack in the upper patio and he came and put a seal over the area and said this seal would blend in. Told us to wait over the Winter. Needs tocompletely refinish the entire floor so it matches again or put a sealant over the top that will blend everything together. Looks horrible right now. The lower deck, it was cracking soon after having it complete. He came out and literally glued the edges of the cracks together. It obviously did not hold and the cracking is worse. He needs to seal these cracks and blend in the color/stain so it doesn't look so bad. Essentially everything he did for us did not work and almost looks worse than when we started. He never answers emails,texts or calls. Last time bugged him for almost 6 months until finally he came out because he said he was too busy. This time I contacted him and his office people and still nothing back since my original contact on May 23rd.

            Very disappointed in Kevin and his company. Prior to purchase talked extensively with Kevin about 5 year warranty. Kevin told me they do not have problems with the product and should there be problems the warranty would take care of it. Three years after the work completed, the flooring began peeling and bubbling up in several spots. Called company to make good on warranty. Calls resulted in pics of faulty product sent and no response from company. Called back again and got two different appointments over month period. Company did not show for either. No call was made to let me know they were not coming. Called again and was told they would reschedule. Still waiting. Company warranty of work is worthless.
