I was sent to John Chevalier collision center through Geico, because I was in an accident and was rear ended. They were supposed to fix my bumper, and retail my car. I was called to pick up my car that was supposed to be fixed, I found that my car had several issues, my touch screen was shattered, and there was water all over the floor, I informed Chad, he had told me he was going to fix my screen and get it detailed again. He explained he hadn’t noticed the screen was broken and wasn’t sure why it was. He told me that he would repair it after he spoke to the detail shop. He then called me a bit later, explaining that he had bought a used screen to save him some money, and was going to install it. I had drove my broken car in the meantime, to save them some money like they had asked. I drop my car back off and they repaired the screen. in the meantime, I had received a call from chad again accusing me of leaving a mean yelp review, which I hadn’t. it was another customer with a similar name to mine. He apologized and called me to come get my fixed car. My screen still was broken since he replaced it with a used one, and my car was not detailed again. And I discovered my steering wheel was broken, and my gas was almost completely empty. I complained to chad and told him I was frustrated. I felt I was walked all over, chad assured me he would fix it all and that he was sorry and felt he let me down. So I took my car home while he bought my new screen, he called me again and I drove all the way to Ogden again and dropped off my car and got my rental, I got a call a day later saying my car was ready I had asked if they repaired everything we promised, the boy Kai said no we only fixed the screen. And he said I could continue to drive my rental. I spoke to the manager and they said they just bought this company and weren’t willing to fix the past company’s mistake. And I had to take my 1,000$ steering wheel damage and they expect me to pay my rental car bills.
