I've live in this apartment for three years in the last three months or so we've had water damage from the upstairs teanats first time was the washer the drain came out of the wall some repairs was done but nothing done to the mold in the carpeting the next time was the toilet over flowing not once but several times it caused a bad hole in the ceiling in the bathroom was repaired last month the bathtub upstairs leaks down the wall when the water is running while showering then three weeks ago we had six to eight inches of water in the washer and dryer area because the teanats was moving out and was flipping the check valve off and on and instead of the drain being connected upstairs it has been ran down the wall and not connected to the floor drain so when the water heater leaks or is draining it has no where to go and ruin things in the teanats below them they have remodel the apartment but have not fixed the problem I'm renting a washer and dryer uint and it works but not sure of what is under it we had to be the ones to get the water up and now my ten year old can't be in the room because of asthma there has been someone trying to get in her room because there is no security here nothing but drugs and prostitute but they keep trying throw us out of here
