    Dear Better Business Bureau Representative,I am submitting this formal complaint against DSA Ecommerce LLC, located at ******************************************************************************************************, for breach of contract, misrepresentation of services, and ongoing business negligence that has resulted in severe financial harm to my company, **************************** good faith, I agreed with DSA Ecommerce LLC and paid $10,000 for what was marketed as full-service A-to-Z Amazon store automation and management. However, since the beginning of our partnership, the company has failed to fulfill core obligations and mismanaged critical aspects of my Amazon business.The most serious issue is that DSA Ecommerce LLC lacks the mandatory HazMat (Hazardous Materials) certifications required to manage and list products that are subject to ******* strict fulfillment and safety compliance rules. This failure directly led to ****** revoking my FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant) privileges, making it impossible for my business to fulfill orders In addition to the lack of HazMat certification, the company has:Failed to meet Amazons operational and performance metrics (including order defect and late shipment rates)Repeatedly promised resolution within a six-week timeframe that expired without action or results.Despite my full cooperation and timely payment, DSA Ecommerce LLC has consistently shown a pattern of negligence, misrepresentation, and refusal to accept accountability for the consequences of their actions. Their inaction has left me with no option but to seek intervention from the BBB and other regulatory bodies.I am requesting the BBBs assistance in obtaining a full refund of the $10,000 paid to DSA Ecommerce LLC.We are chatting on the True Pumble app, but after this, they restricted access to me, but I record all the chats on Pumble if I need evidence Thank you for your time and for helping me pursue a fair resolution to this matter.Sincerely,********* *****
