    My boyfriend bought me a gift certificate to get an auto start put in my 2005 ford f150 for an Easter present he bout the gift certificate on 3-28-24. We made 2 appointment one on April 10 th and and the next either on the 17 or 18 the first appointment we showed up and they said the guy that deals with what equipment goes to what vehicle was in the hospital and we said ok we understand stuff happens and made an appointment for the next week they called and cancelled the following week also said he was still in the hospital. We have called everyday for 2 weeks after that and sent a couple messages on their ******** messages and no response from anyone. We went there and no one was there on multiple occasions at different times of the day when they was supposed to be open. If they can’t do the job they was paid for I just want my money back so I can go somewhere else and get it done

    I had looked up on the Internet because I was looking to upgrade the sound system in my car and I had went to this place and spoke with them directly and showed them the car and we had discussed a few things and well they were trying to talk me into only going with what they wanted but I said this is what I wanted to do and well we finally had come to resolution that he would put new speakers and a new amp for the speakers throughout where the factory speakers was then was going to add two subwoofers in the trunk of my car which is a 2016 Honda Accord EXL two-door coupe and well they said I had to make a deposit of $1,100 and they did not take credit cards or checks solely wanted cash by cash app or I guess from hand to hand and they literally called me everyday asking me if I was ready to or made a decision if I was wanting this done well I kept telling them I did not just want the two doors I wanted new speakers throughout where all the factory ones were so finally he said okay I tell you what if you make your deposit I will add the new speakers throughout the car as you requested and do the subwoofers and the amp as you wanted well I had cashed at him which his name is Mark legit I'm not for sure on the last name because it's kind of hard to pronounce and plus had spoke with two gentlemen that own the business or run the business and well everyday cuz I said I need a moment to think about this because I was kind of looking at my age and if it was going to be worth spending the kind of money that they had wanted which was $2,200 and 75 dollars and after thinking and everything I decided to say okay and I sent them $1,100 which is what they were asking they sent me a receipt back stating that we will set you an appointment and I said okay well when I called because they needed to deposit supposedly to order the equipment which long story short they kept calling me everyday I made the $1,100 deposit April 5th now haven't heard nothing from either one of these two
