  ****** ****** sold our oil and gas rights yo this company (FJB oil and Gas LLC) and we have not been able to get hold of them above are distribution checks

  May, 3 2023. Received an email from ****** ****** **** *** ******** had left a voice mail requesting a return phone call. He left a phone number. May 5, 2023: Placed phone call to the phone number left in the voicemail. It was Mr. ********** office. Phone was answered by a male who informed me Mr. ******** was out of the office. I identified myself and the male informed my he would have Mr. ******** return my call. Mr. ******** returned my call appoxiamtely 15 minutes later from his mobile phone. We spoke for apporximately 5 minutes and Mr. ******** expressed that the email address he had been given came up as incorrect and therefore was having difficulty making contact. This was the first and only conversation to date with Mr. ********* During the phone call I took down Mr. ********** email address and sent an email from the correct email address. Thus was the end of the phone call.

  May 9,2023. Recieved complaint letter from the BBB concerning this matter. Upon examining the complaint and the attached letter, it was observed that in the letter sent out by ****** ******, the contact email was incorrect. The letter has the email listed as ********************** *** ******* ***** ** ******************************

  FJB Oil and Gas LLC , Has not paid royalty on gas wells that they have obtained from ****** ****** on September 1, 2022. I have made several attempts to contact by email and phone to pay royalty owed with interest $ 150.00

  No proof of specific payment date gas been offered by complainant.  Payment is an annual royalty. So fjb has until Dec 31 of 2023 to pay said royalty without "interest". Claimant has provided no documents supporting validation of claim much less the right to demand any form of payment by a specific date.
