    My home warranty company sent this company for my HVAC problems. Took them from July 14th until September 19th to repair. At end of repair tech told me they installed the wrong coil and would return. Countless calls made to Custom Heating from July until November, each call was told waiting for the part. New contractor sent by warranty company yesterday. New contractor found a 3 ton coil installed upside down in unit. HVAC is ruined, thousands in water damage, thousands in mold removal and drying out. Called Custom Heating to tell them the findings. The ray of sunshine that answers their phone promptly hung up. General contractor will be starting on repairs Monday. Attorney will begin proceedings against Custom Heating Monday as well. Avoid this company at all costs.
