5 starsI’ve bought from ******, ******* and ********* in my life and nobody matched the customer service, personal respect or hard work to get the deal done more than the people here at Setzers. The finance guy only sent me to 2 banks unlike the other places i’ve went to . Also the owner personally came down and sang the Setzers jingle for me both times I bought. 5 starsThey were very helpful and patient when we were looking to purchase a camper. From the sales to the service department everyone was willing to take time to answer all of our questions. The gentleman who did our walk through was very thorough in showing us the features on our camper. 5 starsI'm a long time customer, we bought our first one before the kids grew up and the prices went up??. I can't say enough about the staff from Steve W******* and the sales department and parts and service. NOT a “happy camper”!!!. They completely ripped us off of thousands. They were supposed to have given my camper a complete look over. Lines, wires, pumps etc. Not only did they just start fixing stuff I didn’t want, they not once called with a price of repairs or if we wanted it fixed in the first place. Did the roof sealed it with a whole nest of ants in it. Got home refrigerator didn’t work. Took it back they could not fix it. Got home and set it up to clean only to find out the water pump went out and was leaking everywhere. No way they actually checked all the lines as everything was dry and we noticed the water leak immediately after turning it on. They also missed a mouse nest that they would’ve seen if they truly checked everything!!! Never even got a price for the repairs until we got there to pick it up. They kind of washed it and resealed the roof and put awning on I bought. ABSOLUTELY did NOT do what we asked or said they did. We have been dealing with this place for years and now we are completely DONE with them.

Setzer’s World of Camping, Inc. July 29, 2024 Mr ******* dropped his camper off with a list of instructions (per attached workorder) on what he wanted to be inspected and repaired. He did not give us carte blanche to check out his whole camper. Refrigerator wasn’t authorized by the customer to be checked out and when brought to our attention, we diagnosed. We were unable to repair the refrigerator as the part is no longer available. We were not given authorization to clean the interior of customers unit as it was not on his list. So, any rodent or insect remnants are out of scope. Water pump will only leak when in use with holding tank system. We tested with pressurized city water and water pump isn’t needed. Customers unit came in covered in thick green mold from roof to tires. Technicians worked multiple hours washing roof and seals. Unit left drastically cleaner than it came in. 1 starI purchased a camper this past Friday from setzers with the Knowledge that it had a 2’x2’ soft spot at the banquet, That I could fix. I began today to do the repair and removed the vinyl flooring to find a saturated plywood base. Not just in the 2’x2’ area but covering the entire camper from front to back and side to side. The general manager Matt ******* said I bought a “project trailer” and it belongs to me. I agreed to fixing a soft spot 2’x2’, not a total rebuild of a camper. It’s is a $8500 piece of landfill trash filled with mold and mildew. Not a trustworthy business, there are too many other camping stores to deal with one that appears to be reputable but in reality is not. A one star rating is one star too many.
