    On March 13th, 2024 I signed a contract with CW Landscaping and Home Repairs for lawn service from March 13th through October 2024. I paid $580 up front, plus another $100 for "clean up" for weeds and sticks, etc. Additionally, I paid Chris ******* the owner of the company, to repair a fence, which is why the amount paid is more. I paid over $2000 for that but I don't have complaints about that. Mr. Neeley is in breach of contract, as he will not do the lawn service I paid for without more money. He tried telling me that the balance of $480 was due (see attached contract), when the contract clearly states that the amount is due at the end of the summer. Then he tried to tell me he would continue yard service for $600. He also stole a copper downpipe off the side of my house. He showed up the last time to mow and loitered with his friends in my parking area for a half hour, smoking cigarettes and leaving the butts behind and not mowing. When my mother asked what he was doing, he said "getting ready to mow" and she asked what was taking so long and he got angry and left, and said he was "disrespected." By my math, the rate was $50.71 per week. He mowed 7 weeks total, because he skipped a week in April and he didn't mow the first week of May. He didn't do the "clean out," so he did $354.97 worth of work, meaning he should pay me back $225.03. He said he did "extra stuff" that I didn't ask for, but that includes stealing a copper pipe that weighed about 50 pounds, and the going rate for copper is $3.60 per pound so he should pay me $180 for that. I should also add that he was inappropriately flirty with me and made me uncomfortable. I would like it if he would pay me $405.03. It's not a lot of money but I can pay that toward someone reliable and ethical to mow my lawn.

    In November 2023, Company was hired to replace a large basement door. I was advised it would take 2 days to complete. As of today, it is still not finished. The door will not close and can not be locked. I have been told he would be back numerous times to make it right but he never shows up. He always has an excuse and now will not return my calls or texts. I gave him the 2nd payment of $500.00 in good faith that door would be finished as agreed upon around the holidays because he said he needed the money. He continues to advertise his services on a website, too.
