      OMG this owner is the worst. Their tow truck driver told me I had no choice where my vehicle was towed to. It was taken to their impound lot after it was totaled from an accident that wasn't my fault. Now the owner says that's not true I could of taken anywhere I wanted, but when I wanted to take it out last Monday they said a supervisor was going to inspect the vehicle the next day. When I asked why the inspection because we both know it's a total loss he said he doesn't know. I asked what is their cost for them storing my vehicle considering they are passing that cost onto me. He said he didn't know. Then on top of it they charge me for the day of the accident which it was close to midnight when it was dropped off there. I counted 4 days he says it's 6 days at $45 a day. I talked to them at 9:00 in the morning yesterday, Thursday. They already were counting Thursday! From Sunday to Thursday the charges were over $700. Then he calls me and says he will drop all the charges and askes if that's ok. I said yes but man have you guys caused me alot of stress on top of the stress from thhe accident. He went ballistically crazy. Called me a stupid idiot and ungrateful jerk. Called me the *** word. I have filed a consumer complaint against this business and it's owner.
