    Raised our lot rent almost $200. Now charging us for free well water, when trying to contact the manager she does not reply. We were told by installing water meters our water useage would not be affected, now we are going to be with out water for 3 days..again manager will not answer anything with questions we have. The people installing the water meters know nothing about the company in which they work for.

    They took half my lot away with out notifying me. Never followed their own lease agreement. Never notified tenets when the would come on your property that you paid rent for on time ever month. As I was told by Tina that its wasn't my lot even though i paid rent every month. Was never notified that construction was going around my trailer and i wouldn't have access to my home. Stored a portable potty on my lot next to my vegetable garden with out asking or notifying me. When it came to the sale of my mobile home they refused to talk to the appraiser. When the sale of my home was finally they refused to take me off the lease and add the new owners until i threatened a lawyer. In the three years i lived there my rent doubled. You can never get ahold of anyone. I had to find the owner and call him to get anything done. They broke so many laws and rights.

    While living there I could never get ahold of anyone from the company. Lot Rent was increased nearly double. It would be cheaper to buy a house. My neighbors and I were finned for water meter running up after the main water line broke. I was sent a bill after paying all my big bills including lot rent. My partner finally got ahold of them. given 5 days to pay and 15 days eviction notice if not paid in the winter time. Not enough time to get into something else. Will probably have to put the *** **** and live out of my vehicle due to the way they conduct business. I’m not a criminal, I’ve always paid my dues. Now good chance I’ll have an eviction on my record. I don’t recommend renting or owning property on their land.

    This business does not care about their tenants. Only about the money. I'd like to see one of them live in what I do, without complaints. They haven't done what they say they'll do. Raise rent and don't care.

    I wish I never got involved with this company. They raise the rent a few months after we got into one of their properties. Started billing us for every little thing they could think after we signed the contract with them. You can never get a hold of them when you have questions. This company says they are going to make improvements to the park but never come around. They are so unprofessional and unreliable

    I did not even want to give them 1 star, they don't even deserve that!!!! . In my opinion, as I've rented from This company for 4 years, which is 4 years too many!! This company does not care about the tenants or the health and safety of their properties. They ignore any and all communications with them. Do Not Rent From This Company, no matter what!!!
