    ***** and team did not complete the work and have refused to even contact ** back, even after we cited we had an injury occur because of the incomplete work. They left: tile, plumbing, drywall and repair work incomplete. The general contractor has no business being in construction and they use other family members for the work to very low quality standards.

    Hey ********, We sent you an email of the termination letter. May 8th, 2023 Dear *******************************, This letter is to inform you as of 2/27/23 your contract has been terminated. We terminated your contract due to the belief that you were ******* to complete work that you were unhappy with so you would not have to make final payment followed by lack of communication once the dissatisfaction noted. First ******** has settings on his phone blocking the ability to add him to the group texts causing a lack of communication. ***** stated in the group that she was in the hospital, so this resulted in ***** having to communicate with ******** separately without the ability to keep the rest of the team including *****, in the loop. Our last communication with ******** was on January 27th2023 when ******** was insistent that the plumbing be completed. We had every intention of finishing that day until ******** stated that he was unhappy with the tile work and would expect these things would be fixed. Naturally the tile work would need to be corrected prior to finish plumbing which ******** knows since has stated that he was in the construction trade in years past. Since there was an issue, ***** pulled the plumber from the property on ********* promise that by the end of the weekend we would have a list of the things he was unhappy with, and we would have the opportunity to address them. Please note the only item left on our contract was reinstalling the toilet. The remainder of the bathroom work (vanity and baseboard) was listed on the contract as the owners responsibility in order to stay within budget that the customer requested. C&C ******************** did not receive communication at all from ******** or ***** regarding the issues they had with tile work until March 5th 2023. The contract was closed out 30 days after last communication. Thank ********* Bless C&C Contracting LLC ************
