    THERE HAS NOT BEEN A SINGLE TIME THAT A PROBLEM HAS AROSE THAT THEY HAVE NOT MADE IT AN EASY FIX. I HAVE USED THEM FOR YEARS NOW AND DO NOT BELIEVE THERE IS AN BETTER IT COMPANY TO BE FOUND WITHING SEVERAL HUNDRED MILES. THESE GUYS ROCK.

    We've been customers of EasyITGuys for 10-11 years. They have always provided us with timely, great service at a reasonable price. They keep us informed on the progress of a job and coach us on the use of our devices and software. Our recent service was with Blake, who removed viruses from a cell phone. It's great to have this service here in the St. Croix Valley.

    Easy It is always ready to serve. Today, Aaron did a great job with my little issues. I am always happy to chat with them and have them solve my issues. Nothing is ever too trivial even if I am being a little "techy dense" !!
    I shared that they helped me buy a new lap top a year ago and I had a huge hinge issue with the device going back to the factory for a fix. Easy IT insists that you buy adequate insurance when purchasing through them. That is great advice. I have my computer back with no fees to me at all !! Hopefully this issue will not continue beyond my Warranty. But I now know that I can probably get help with the repairs from Easy IT with the plan I carry. I was not really aware of that for some reason. Only issue is that I am in Florida & they are in St. Croix Falls. But I now have a very nice shipping box and will keep my hands on it in case I have to ship to SCF while being a snow bird in FL.
    I love that they take care of me wherever we roam. We are "homeless" in a 40 ft RV and land all over the country at some time or another !!
