April 14, 2023 I took my truck to have them figure out why my truck was missing. I had just had a complete tuneup from another shop. He replaced my spark plugs and replaced them with a brand he liked. He cleaned the airflow device. Put an o2 sensor in and he hooked up my second battery. I gave the parts to hook up the battery. He changed me ******. I drove it 15 miles down the road and it was missing just like before I took it to him. I returned the vehicle on the 14th. He called me and said it was fixed on the 17th he said it was fixed. 4/17/2023 I returned the vehicle to him because it did the same thing. He put an air filter and crank shaft sensor and charged me $178.97. Things he did should have been done on the first day. He put a lot of new parts on that did not help with anything. The only thing that helped was the fuel and the crankshaft sensor He over charged me $******. I want my money back from the first time. Especially because I told him I had just gotten a complete tuneup at another shop which included spark plugs and wires and the vehicle ran fine. I made them give me the parts they took off on the 14th April. I would also like him to put them back on my vehicle because they were not the bad.

Customer called stating that he had his vehicle tuned-up at another shop, but vehicle was still missing and cutting out at ********************************************************************************** there again. So, we made him an appointment.

He did not ask for an estimate and left vehicle after hours. I hooked up the scanner to his **** GMC Yukon. Started vehicle-noticed on scanner total mis-fire on cylinder #8 spark plug. Drove vehicle in shop, removed #8 cylinder spark plug and did compression

check-was good. Did spark check-good, tested plug wire-good. Removed all spark plugs-noticed they were Auto Lite brand. I have seen these fail in GM engines before. I

will not use this brand for that reason. I installed 8 new NGK spark plugs. Rescanned and mis-fire was gone.

Next I removed Mass Air Flow Sensor and cleaned it. This is normal routine maintenance at this time. Ran engine and looked at all readings-noticed upstream Bank 2 Oxygen was not working. Raised vehicle on hoist and checked for wiring to oxygen sensor-ok.

Noticed oxygen sensor was cracked and someone in the past had rounded it off. I heated sensor many times with torch and used several different vice grips to finally get sensor out. Then I had to retap threads before installing a new one. It was messed up bad. Ran test on sensor-all readings good now.

Customer wanted a second battery installed in his vehicle. He had battery, bolts and positive cable but not a negative cable, had to have one.

Next I test drove vehicle 8 miles, there was no mis-fire-as seen on scanner also.

Customer picked up vehicle. He drove it 15 miles and called me. He said after 15 miles it stopped-engine quit, but started right back up. He said just like before, I said you didn't mention this second problem at all before. I told him to drive it back.

When he got back to shop, he said its still missing. I hooked up scanner, it was firing on all 8 cylinders, so not missing. I even showed him the test results. Then he mentioned how engine shut off after 15 miles
