    Engaged in a contract for lawn 5 treatments, aeration and overseed. Paid in full ($1725.00) for the contract via Venmo 2/27/23. The 5 lawn treatments were done. In late October I called to see when the aeration and overseed would be done. Owner originally could not find that I had paid for that thus I was not on the schedule. Owner called me back and stated she had found that yes I had paid the aeration fee that was $550.00 of the total that had been paid. Over the next 2 months repeated contact was made to find out when the service would be done. I was given dates, but those dates came and went without the service being done. Numerous texts were exchanged with promises that would be done. On 12/5/23 I contacted business owner and told them I wanted my refund of $550.00 and their services were no longer needed. I was promised a refund by 12/21/23. Did not receive it. I gave until 1/15/24 and texted again looking for my refund and was promised I would receive it by 1/19/24. As of today 1/24/24 I still have not received the refund check and business owner is not responding to text that I will pursue further action to get my refund.
