This person sends likely low paid, unequipped people to clean gutters with no contract and no submission of company insurance to protect workers. No ladders, buckets or garbage bags when unexpected people were caught on the property and sent off. Then site unseen the owner bills and threatens collection for services and expenses he feels were rendered. A complaint filed with State was not enough to put off this unsavory business person who has the nerve to call and leave message AGAIN this year Oct 8, 2024 and say " they will be out in Nov before Thanksgiving to clean gutters again". No contract and not being asked. If they show up on the property the police will be called for trespass on private property. He even advertises an A+ rating on BBB on his ******** page. Photo of his BBB claim available on the internet. You must advertise the truth. YOU are currently grade C but should likely be lower. Sir * take us off your phone calling list. This is absurd.

I worked for Midwest Custom Cleaning and EVERYTHING people are saying it's TRUE. The owner doesn't provide the appropriate equipment. Tells us to ASK the customers to use THEIR property. Lies about the actual cost of the service. We have had multiple receipts for customers, each having a different price. Which we would give them the lowest price. If one was not near the price on the ad flyer. Customers who cancel or want to change date of service. Are treated like garbage behind closed doors. Where he wants to know what gives the customer the Right to change their service date on him. If you're cleaning job is under $500 he'll still take the job. Tell us YOU are not worth his time to go do an appropriate quote. Which could make your payment less for the service. He has told us to open people's mail boxes to see if they got their mail. As an indicator on of they have been home or not. This is for anyone who doesn't answer the door. If we call him to check on the address being correct (majority of the time it's not). He'll get worried that we won't just go to whatever house we are by and do the service. Even though it could be the wrong house and he'll still send a bill to the original customer. Admitted he hires people without a driver's license to use his vehicle to get to jobs. As well as hires illegal people to work for him. While complaining about how all the illegals are taking jobs and homes. Refuses to pay his employees if they quit and start sending them harassing messages and threaten them.
