      The Brady Corporation is not being fully honest with what they sell. I recently purchased a Brady M210 portable label printer to replace a BMP21-Plus that stopped working after 2 years of light use and stored in a Brady hard shell padded case when not being used. The M210 product page and user manual clearly state the M210 uses the M21 label cartridge. That is only HALF TRUE and shows dishonesty from Brady corp. The problem is the fact that the M21 label cartridges have been "Optimized", yet Brady kept the same M21 product number. Now, older authentic Brady M21 label cartridges that worked perfectly on the BPM21 WILL NOT WORK on the M210. This could easily be made clear on the product page or user manual. This omission shows clear disregard for loyal Brady customers who have spent a fortune on already overpriced cartridges in a variety of colors & sizes that are now worthless. This issue could have easily been avoided by updating the cartridge model number rather than keeping the same product number as a deception to the buyer. What makes it so aggravating for me is when I purchased the BMP21, I also purchased the Brady hard shell case, magnetic mount with stand, rechargeable battery & power supply. Now all of those are worthless because of returning the M210 because I can't afford to replace all of the sizes & colors of labels that no longer work.
