    If I could give zero stars, I would. Ordered July 2021 and I'm currently at 15 months with no windows. I have called every month and each time ask for a call back from a manager that may have more information. Zero calls back. At this point I just want to know if windows are even coming or if I'm simply being lied to every time I call.

    We ordered windows September 13, 2021. The company keeps delaying the installation. We called several times to cancel our order and to ask for our deposit returned. We were told a manager will call us back but we never received a callback.

    Tom S Ordered windows and back door in February 2022. They have again delayed my installation until December. They never contacted me the customer about any delays. I have had to call each time to check on delivery. Windows Select has an answering service to take all of their calls.
