    On August 4, 2025 I Venmo-** ****** ****** of DJ residential drafting a $500 down payment toward final Blueprints. We spoke on the phone previous to that I let her know that I had drawn up the plan I want**, but I ne**** her to create it according to code and to createthe Space between 1300 and 1500 ft.We began emailing each other back-and-forth the drafts she was creating were not anything like I had drawn up, I she put my laundry room in an entryway, she mov** my breakfast nook into my main living area, she put the pantry closet and appliance garage directly inside my front door away from my kitchen, and I kept trying to reiterate that I want** MY design adjust** to fit, even if we had to r**uce to two b**rooms and r**uce the master b**room area and the main living area. The last blueprint she sent me mov** my front door over by my master b**room, and you walk** directly into a pantry closet and an appliance garage. I sent her a list of 12 things that ne**** to be chang** because she hadnt follow** my instructions previous to this design. Her response was no. She told me to find another drafter. I ask** her to refund my money and she said no that she earn** that and was entitl** to it. I told her that it was a down payment toward final Blueprints for her invoice and I have nothing that is workable to use and I have to hire another drafter. I would like my down payment for work not complet** of $500 refund**.

    The *** shows not only that I was competent, but that I was doing exactly has ***** has asked me to do, as she stated I haven't in her complaint.
