      Ron the Tile **** We contacted Ron the Tile Guy to install a kitchen back splash. After several phone calls he committed to a specific date and time. On his advice we purchased a specific type and quantity of tile from a vendor that he specified. Long story short he never showed up. We texted and called him over the next few weeks but never got through. We thought something bad had happened to him as he is over 70. But then I noticed a ****** review for him about an install that occurred the same week that he was scheduled to show up at our place. So we persisted in calling and finally got him on the phone. At first he lied and said he'd never committed to that date (I have his text with that date, time, and our address), and then he said we had cancelled (I didn't). Finally he said he just "didn't want to do our job". No reason given. I was a bit indignant that he had ghosted us without warning and then tried to lie his way out of it, so I told him that based on what he said I would leave him a bad review. That's when he got nasty and called me names. So if you contract with Ron the Tile Guy there is a pretty good chance you'll wind up with a great tile job, or so I've been told. But on the other hand you might wind up with Ron the Tile ****. And be left holding the bag, or in my case a few hundred dollars worth of tile supplies.

      Ron did such an amazing job on our kitchen backsplash! We love it so much and we are so happy we went with him. He takes his job seriously and does amazing work!
