-Beware: charged over $1500 for repaint as their discount flat-white paint is unable to be touched up. After discussing this with a company representative, they likely do not follow legal standards for normal paint wear and tear. Also, do not expect an itemized deduction, they simply provide a flat-fee for repainting.-Refrigerator thermostat was faulty, which costed hundreds of dollars in wasted food. Even after several maintenance requests and significant water damage from the water filter freezing/bursting, it took further pressing for them to replace with a new refrigerator. Thankfully we were not charged for the water damage.

Warning: Read the fine print! Normal wear and tear and does not seem to apply and we were charged $800 for painting and cleaning a unit that was not clean from construction dirt when we moved in. No heat, yard, or mailbox for the first several months and it took 2 years to install a privacy fence (after we moved out). Charged an extra $50 per month for a dog that did not damage anything.

Thank you for your feedback. We genuinely regret that your experience did not meet your expectations. We strive for transparency, and we apologize for any confusion regarding our policies on normal wear and tear. Your concerns about the condition of the unit upon move-in, as well as the delays in installing amenities, are important to us. You were provided the condition of the home prior to signing a lease, which included a document outlining further amenities would be addressed throughout your tenancy. Unfortunately the processes of the energy company and **** falls outside of our control. Were constantly working to improve our services and will take your comments into account. If youd like to discuss this further, please feel free to reach out directly as I see that has not occurred yet and your frustration was taken directly to a public outlet. I would be happy to clarify any of the charges listed and walk you through the photos showing damages from a pet and also cleanliness issues. I look forward to hearing from you.
