    On September 26,2023 I made an initial deposit of $675 towards a total of $1475.Scope of agreed work was Window Install Remove existing garage window and install new Plygem sliding window. Wrap in white metal. Exterior Caulk around all areas needed on the exterior of the house, i.e., doors, windows, and soffit areas. We will do out best to remove existing caulk and install new Quad caulk in these areas. Misc Wrap 2 legs of the overhead garage door in white metal. **** up the back porch area on one corner and install a new 4x4 post to secure.Notes This estimate includes all materials and labor to successfully complete the project. All debris will be removed from the *******. Job can be tentatively scheduled for 10/3/23 with approval of estimate from HO, *********************. We will have the project completed by 10/5/23, weather permitting. We will ask for an initial deposit of $675.00 on or before 9/29/23. If unforseen issues arise, we will get approval from HO before further work is completed.After paid deposit, no was no work completed.
